“Like Jennie: Round 1” is a stylized dance film set in an underground fight world, where movement becomes a form of confrontation, identity, and survival. Shot between a seedy boxing gym and a surreal warehouse void, the film fuses choreography with cinematic edge to portray tension, rivalry, and ritual. A tribute to the Bay Area’s raw dance culture and DIY spirit, the film reimagines femme movement as powerful and defiant.
