“Otter Lake” follows choreographer Emma Portner as she turns to dance to reconnect with herself and confront her inner world. Offering a rare, intimate look inside her creative process, the film follows Emma through the making of three new works, including pieces for the Royal Swedish Ballet and GöteborgsOperans Danskompani. Through a deeply personal creative process, it captures her vulnerability, brilliance, and the unexpected bond formed during a transformative moment at Otter Lake.
