Choreographer Bill Evans sits in a chair at the front of a dance studio, watching dancers rehearse one of his works. He's a white man in his 80s and wears all black with bare feet and glasses.

Barefoot Boy

A dancer reaches one arm toward the sky while the other frames their face, captured from a low angle against a backdrop of blue sky and soft clouds.

Akwaaba

A barefoot dancer wearing a black T-shirt and black shorts balances on one leg with the other extended straight out to the side, one hand resting behind his head, in a long, white, minimalist concrete hall with natural light streaming in from slender windows. In the foreground, a white dog sleeps on the floor, while another dog stands farther back in the center of the hall facing away from the camera.

My Benjamin

Two people stand in front of a dark metal wall; one, wearing a white hoodie and yellow bucket hat, raises a small, hand-drawn card overhead while looking up at it, as the other, in a yellow T-shirt, looks and gestures toward the card. A bright blue wall frames the right side of the image.
