SFDFF Co-Presents Hunger

In partnership with SF IndieFest, SFDFF co-presents Hunger.

This bold new dance-horror film stars Judah Vivancos (of Los Vivancos) as a dancer who discovers a disturbing new desire.

Judah is a beautiful dancer and a beautiful man, lithe and muscled and with perfect razor-angled stubble. He dances primarily with the alluring Rebekah (Leonor Campillo), and while their choreographer and director have a lot to say about how they can improve, director Manu Herrera’s camera captures their performance with an intimacy and goosebump-inducing sensuality.

Brothers Elías, Judah, Josua, Cristo, Israel, Aarón and Josué Vivancos decided in 2007 to join their careers to create their own company, Los Vivancos , considered one of the musical-scenic phenomena of the decade. Listed by The New Yorker as the “Flamenco Group with the Most International Projection of Today” Los Vivancos have already performed nearly 900 times in 200 cities, 37 countries and before more than 1,800,000 spectators.”
